House has High Speed internet access with privacy protection using VPN
The Blue House has high speed internet with privacy protection. Ideal for work or leisure.
It has a dedicated access-point that covers the Blue House Area and the BlueHouse private garden.
SSID and Password can be found inside the house in a paper on the wall.
Laundry
House has a washing machine and drying machine equipment.
The Blue House has a washing machine and drying machine do do laundry. De-humidifier can be found there as well. While summer months are on effect drying can be done outdoors.
Do not use the radiators to dry clothes as it might damage the radiators. Please use the drying machine or the De-humidifier to dry them if needed.
TV and Entertainment
House has Sonos Speaker, TV with Apple TV, Chromecast, German Satellite TV and an Android Tablet
The Blue House has a Sonos speaker in the kitchen for you to stream music from your phone.
If using an Apple device. You can use the Airplay mode to find the speaker.
If using Android please download and use the Sonos app.
In the living room you will find a TV with Apple TV, Chromecast, a Tablet and German TV.
In the tablet you will have HBO Max, Netflix , Youtube to stream to the TV via Chromecast.
You can also cast your content from your mobile device or computer.
Heating
House has a heat pump as the main heating source and radiators as a secondary source of heating for colder days.
The Blue House heat pump is located in the middle of the house. During winter it is automatically set to 24 degrees which gives the house a cozy feeling in the main areas and a confortable 20 degrees in the bedrooms.
Recommendations.
1) Open the doors to the adjacent rooms so that you allow the heat to spread there.
2) The task of the fan on the indoor part of the air / air heat pump is to dissipate the heat in the house. If you want to manually set the fan, angle it downwards when the air / air heat pump is operating in heating mode. Then the floors get warmer, which is very important for how warm we experience a room.
3) The heatpump has active air purification. It neutralizes airborne bacteria, viruses, mold and allergens and bad smells . Allowing the air flow to go through the entire house will help you experience a cleaner environment.
During colder days you can turn on the individual heaters in the rooms. While not in the house please turn off the radiators and let the heatpump work throughout the whole house with the doors open.
Private Garden
The blue house has a private garden and a place to do Barbecue or enjoy the weather.
The blue house has patio furniture. One can also find a grill to be used for BBQ. Please use the ash bucket. Once it is full please empty it in a bag and throw it in the garbage as normal waste.
Bed Accesories
The blue house has pillows and Conforters for up to 4 guests
If you want to find pillows or conforters you will be able to find them in the room where the internet is located. Please consider that bedlinnen and towels can be provided at an extra cost.
Groceries
The Blue house has two supermarkets closeby for grocery shopping
Supermarkets are 5 minutes away by car. Opening hours are 08:00 to 20:00
